Why does embracing winter matter? Winter is a season often associated with rest, introspection, and renewal. As nature slows down and retreats inward, so too do we have the opportunity to turn our focus inward and align ourselves with the rhythms of the season. Wintering is the act of embracing this natural cycle, recognizing it as a time for healing, reflection, and preparation for the growth that will come with spring. In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook the significance of this quieter season. We often push through the cold months without pausing to consider the value of rest, both physically and mentally. However, wintering is not just about surviving the cold—it’s about thriving through intentional practices that honour this period of stillness.

About the workshop Our teacher Stefania will guide us in “Wintering”. Stefania combines the physical benefits of yoga with the mental and emotional clarity that comes from journaling and meditation.
