From Soul to Sequence: Theming from Your Authentic Voice 10hrs CPD

Location: Yoga Dublin Charlemont studio

Do you ever find yourself struggling to craft class themes? Join us for an empowering CPD workshop designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to bring deeper meaning to their classes. We will explore how to theme classes in a way that feels personal, grounded, and uniquely yours.

From Soul to Sequence isn’t about giving you a formula, it’s about uncovering the stories, values, and language that already live within you, and learning how to bring them into your teaching with confidence. In this session, you’ll learn: How to identify your core values and weave them naturally into class themes Techniques for crafting impactful messages rooted in your personal truth How to avoid clichés and speak from a place of honesty and clarity Ways to integrate philosophy without sounding forced or disconnected

This workshop is designed to be interactive, inspiring, and deeply human. You’ll leave not only with ideas, but with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to your voice as a teacher. Let your theme be more than a concept, let it be a conversation.

ABOUT THE TEACHER: Stefania began her journey with Yoga in 1999, driven by a lifelong fascination with philosophy—first Western, then Eastern. Her curiosity led her to travel, study, and immerse herself in the ancient discipline of Yoga, which she has been practicing deeply for over two decades. After 11 years of personal practice, Stefania became a certified teacher in 2011. She holds certifications in Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and Mandala Yoga. Over the years, her path expanded to include Life Coaching and NLP, and in 2016 she qualified as a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner. Today, she is also an accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP), working in Dublin. Her passion lies in the union of body and mind, bringing together Eastern traditions and Western therapeutic approaches. Through her ongoing study of embodied technique and embodiment flow, Stefania offers classes that are dynamic, explorative, and rooted in deep presence. She invites her students to be curious, open, and willing to transform, because real growth begins within. Stefania defines herself as an inner explorer, continuously engaged in self-development to hold a safe, authentic space for others.
