Therapy together
Psychotherapy may have different meanings depending on the person but it is the way of being intently listened to and heard. A safe place where you can speak freely without fear of judgement and in complete confidentiality. Psychotherapy is about finding a way to reconnect with yourself and developing coping skills in the face of adversity. Whatever caused you to reach out for therapy, I am here and will accompany you on your road to recovery and healing.
I offer therapy sessions in both English and Italian.

FAQ
What is Psychotherapy?
The term psychotherapy is derived from Ancient Greek psyche (meaning breath, soul, spirt) and therapeia (meaning healing, medical treatment).
Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way to help people with a broad variety of emotional and personal difficulties. Problems helped by psychotherapy include difficulties in coping with daily life; the impact of trauma, medical illness or loss, like the death of a loved one; and specific mental disorders, like depression or anxiety. Psychotherapy could be a transformative path of healing and can lead to resolving lifetime roadblocks.
How does Psychotherapy work?
First therapy session will focus on gathering information. We will discuss the concerns bringing you to therapy/coaching. We will explore your goals, concerns and difficulties.
First session also gives you the freedom to choose if I am the right fit for you and if you would like to continue to work with me.
How many Sessions Will I Need ?
This will depend on what issues you are experiencing. It is ideal to work together for about 6 sessions and then review whether to continue further. We can discuss this during your first session and you can either leave it open-ended or decide to fix on a number of sessions.
Where will the session be?
Face to face session will be in Insight Matters, 106 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 WY40. Insight Matters is a beautiful therapy center located in the heart of town.
